REVIEWERS
1 Terminology
- The sole administrative body of GTMC is the Editorial Board.
- Members of the Editorial Board are collectively referred to as "Editors" or "Article Editors."
2 Seat Composition
The editorial board operates on a hybrid model that combines a stable core with a rotating exterior.
3 Rotation Mechanism
Each rotation cycle lasts for one month, though this duration can be flexibly adjusted.
- The number of active editors per cycle is tentatively set to three.
- Selection is conducted using a weighted random process.
- Participation is non-mandatory: members can choose whether to participate in the current cycle based on their personal schedules. In principle, participation is not strictly required of every member.
- We adhere to a resting principle to prevent editors from serving consecutive cycles. Members who served in the previous cycle will automatically have their selection priority lowered to the minimum for the current cycle, unless there is an extreme shortage of personnel in the relevant expertise pool.
- We enforce a strict recusal policy where any content involving an active editor must be cross-reviewed by other members of the board.
4 Dispute Resolution
- [ TBD ]
(When an author disagrees with an editor's rejection or a penalty for factual errors, permanent seat members will intervene to make the final ruling.)
